What more can ask for than a story recap in the words of one of the main characters. This update catches us up with everything that’s happened to Mike since he left home to take Lucas to Pat’s store.
Mike and Allison are finally reunited. Lucas is happy to be with his parents. It’s a perfect world and everything will be wonderful now, right? Wrong. Getting back may be the hardest part.
IF you’ve been following along since the beginning, you may recognize this doorway. Pat and Allison are following a trail of destruction left behind by the bald stranger as he tried to keep Lucas safe from the soldiers. Hope remains for a reunion.
From a distance the destruction doesn’t look so bad. Allison is on the move and looking for Mike and Lucas. As we’ve seen from the story so far, she may not like what she finds.
Back and recharged from my vacation! We had a great week at the beach, my kids played in the water most of the week, while I ventured in occasionally, and my wife didn’t get in once! In her defense, the water was unusually cold for this time of year.
Now, today’s update brings a few revelations, and sets up some further mysteries. Things will continue to change a good bit before the group leaves this room, and not everyone who enters is going to exit in the same condition they entered.
Well, here we are July 2nd and thinks are getting crazy around here as we pack for our vacation. As you can see in the comic page above, things are getting very hectic for everyone involved there as well. Has anyone guessed the identies of the Dr. and his big, bald nemisis yet? There haven’t been a ton of clues and I’ve taken some rather extreme liberties with background info so it may not be obvious. Anyway, they are loosely based on two literary characters, and Tom is also veeerryy loosely based on a character from literature. Once this current story arc is over, I’ll be working on the origin of the Dr. and the big bald no name. Tom’s story is planned for down the road and will be incorporated into the arc after the Dr.’s origin.
